Right Sized Bookshelf for Toddlers. Good Bookcase But Not Perfect
I bought this bookshelf to better organize the children’s books and learning aids. The children have bookshelves in their bedrooms, but this one is for my family room. I decided to place the bookshelf next to the television to send the message that books are entertaining as well as TV or even more so. Most of the time, the television should be off and we can read or find other productive things to do.I was pleased to find that all parts were included and accounted according to the instructions. The only issue is some damage to the cloth separator on the left side of the unit. I managed to disguise the damage for now. I will contact the manufacturer about that. If I don’t get good service, I will update this review. Hopefully the customer service will be good, but I will have to track down a phone number or email address because neither was given in the instructions.Assembly took about an hour from unboxing to final touches. I like the size and configuration of this bookshelf because it is attractive and very stable. The material is particleboard with a very nice veneer that will fool most onlookers. The hardware kit included a suitable screwdriver and that was a good thing. I prefer to use my own tools, but surely some others will appreciate that a serviceable screwdriver was included.The printing on the cloth book separator is sideways so the cars and houses appear to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise instead of right side up. It would have been better if the printing had been oriented properly. The most important thing is that books are kept organized and readily available and that the children are encouraged to read regularly. That is the true value of this bookcase. I will rotate the books and continually update them as needed.At the $109.99 price point, this bookshelf represents fair value. However, I was able to redeem a 20% promo coupon that saved me $22 and my final price was $87.99. That final price makes this bookshelf an even better value. However, I feel that if wood shelving were included on the left side instead of a cloth separator, then this bookcase would have been a top pick and I would have rated it 5. For now, I rate this 4 out of 5.

Cute bookshelf for nursery
Awesome book shelf, easy enough to put together. The way its made prevents it from tending to tip when pulled on by little one which is a plus. Good value for money. Comes with all parts and some extra. Size is also perfect. Love the little side hearts too!
