Perfect for baby clothes
For perfectly in our closet and our baby girls things fit nicely! A bit confusing at first to set up but it’s very sturdy and easy. Will be buying one more to accommodate more baby things lol

Perfect closet organizer!
After reading several reviews and watching the videos, I decided to give this organizer a try. I foster kittens and that means a lot of “stuff”! From bedding and food/snacks, to toys, a scale, storage for meds and wipes, etc. I decided to hang it as 2, 3 shelf units. One with 1 shelf and 2 drawers and 1 with 2 open shelves and the 12-compartment organizer. That way I can store litter/litter box, the playpen and larger/longer toys underneath when not in use. Admittedly, since I’m currently fostering, I don’t have a lot on the shelves, so there is some “sway” when opening and/or closing the drawers. I’m sure once it is stocked properly, it will be fine.The 12-compartment organizer’s dividers are not sewn to the bottom of the drawer, so smaller items like toy mice and crinkle balls can find their way from one compartment to the next. This wouldn’t be an issue for something like socks or other larger items. I may have to rethink how I want to use this drawer.Speaking of which, when I received the unit, this particular drawer has a small rip in the bottom. Most likely from shipping. I contacted customer service via email to ask for a replacement drawer and received a reply within about 24 hours. I sent pictures and they promptly apologized for the inconvenience and issued a full refund! In this day and age? Very pleased with that!Overall, the product is very nice. The color scheme fits my foster room. The fabric is sturdy enough for my needs and they’re versatile. Kitten season is coming this spring, so I expect this unit to get a lot more use! I’ll definitely go to the Granny Says! store first for my future foster organization needs.

Closet size vs promised product size is important
This product looks wonderful and has a quality feel to the material. I would have not returned it if the sizing wasn’t off. I had a closet space that was exactly 12 1/8″ in width. The dimensions in the description said the closet organizer was 12 1/8″ so I felt there would be a perfect snug fit, which is what I wanted…that ‘made for the closet space’ look. On trying to install the organizer it wouldn’t fit and started to buckle inward. I measured the space again, thinking I miss-saw the tape…still 12 1/8″. I then measured the organizer and it was nearly 12 1/4″ not the 12 1/8″ promised in the diagram. So, my recommendation is to make sure your required closet space is slightly larger than the organizer in order to offset any manufacturing discrepancies. The product is worth the buy…it is exactly as shown in the Amazon photos, actual sizing is the only issue…much like clothing sizing.

It’s okay; great customer service
Nice overall, but one gripe: the material sags with the weight of clothes, which distorts the shape and makes the drawers hard to open.Also, one of the drawers is subdivided into 12 little sections, which is actually useful for sorting socks. But unlike the two other drawers which come with a cardboard insert to stabilize the shape, you can’t fit anything in this one because of the subdivisions (which aren’t removable). So the shape gets distorted even more.I do appreciate their customer service, they reached out and offered a refund since I wasn’t fully satisfied. I’m keeping the stars review as an honest review of the product, but I would try other products from this company again knowing they’re easy to work with if I have any issues.

Struttura ideale è molto pratica. I vari contenitori permettono di sfruttare al meglio lo spazio e sono riuscita a sistemare molte più cose di quelle pensavo di mettere. Struttura piuttosto solida. Purtroppo ho dovuto rinunciare all’ultimo scomparto in basso per ragioni di spazio ma in qualche modo sono riuscita ad utilizzarlo in qualche modo.Molto soddisfatta
