The glass comes out clean; you only need to wipe the corners manually, but that’s a minor thing.It’s moderately noisy, not annoying. Our house has a lot of windows, some of them floor to ceiling to take in the views. While my wife has cleaned the windows that overlook our deck, my job has been to clean those big second story ones. I saw this offered on Amazon Vine, and thought I would give it a try.I wondered how this would work, but it has a fan to create suction to adhere to the window. It kind of crab walks while adhering one mop solidly while it swings the other mop to wash a segment. It puts out little puffs of cleaning fluid as it goes. It starts at the top and then crawls left and right as it works its way down the window. One thing I did notice was that a light wind can prevent the water spray from reaching the window, so it is best to clean on a calm day.Previously I used a long handled brush and squeegee to clean those second story windows. Being 8 feet high, it was difficult to squeegee off the water without leaving streaks. While I think I did a slightly better job using a bucket of water and that brush/squeegee, that was a lot of work. This only needs a short ladder to get it onto the window. Then it goes to work. It left a slight swirl along the edge in some spots as it changed position. But I often left a streak there too. It can also leave a semicircle at the spot where it is removed. I only noticed that when the sun shined on the window, and will take a cloth to wipe those off the next time.It has a long power cord between the power module and the robot itself, but I still had to perch the power module on the ladder so the robot would reach the top of the second story windows. I like that the power cord locks into the robot so it will not accidentally pull out. The remote allows the robot to be manually moved on the window so I could reach it for removal. It also controls the spray operation from light to heavy or off. It comes with a bunch of spare mops that can be swapped out as they become dirty. And just wash them off to use again. In summary, this window cleaning robot did an impressive job that will save me a lot of effort in the future.

I’ve never seen a device like this before. I was very skeptical when ordering it as I thought it would be a dud. I was quickly proven wrong after receiving it and setting it up.The instructions to get it set up and running were pretty clear and straightforward. I didn’t have to install anything because it all came installed right out of the box. All I had to do was add water and some cleaning solution and I was ready to go. The only assembly was plugging in the power cord.Once you turn it on, it takes about three seconds for it to suction itself to the window. It comes with a remote, which allows you to adjust settings for spraying of cleaning solution, how many times it washes the window, and other various controls. All I had to do was press play, and the window cleaning machine did the rest. It made its way up to the top of the window and worked its way down in a preset pattern. It beeps loudly when it’s done.I’ve washed all the windows in my house today and the results are pretty good. Much cleaner windows without any streaks left behind. It removed dust, debris, dirt, and webs that I had on my windows. It takes about five minutes for it to wash each window, but I didn’t time it exactly. My windows are large and small in size. The power cord is plenty long for it to be plugged in while washing.I did try using it to wash large closet mirrors, the results were very mixed and not very good. A lot of streaks left behind. I would recommend using it to just clean windows.The pads come off and are washable and reusable. Really easy to swap them out.Overall a very good device for washing windows!!
