Its more work to set this product up, have it run multiple times back-to-back, and it still leaves streaks.The product doesn’t spray enough water and runs dry which I believe is creating the streaks.I found it’s much faster and higher quality to use a sponge and squeegee.

Spending over $200 on window cleaning tools is not cheap, but it did solve a big problem for me. I previously owned a round window cleaning robot, and due to its cleaning path and effectiveness, it was a headache. No matter how many times it wiped, it would miss the corners and leave circular marks. However, the WANNBE square window cleaning robot can reach the corners and achieve hand-wipe quality on both sides of the window through dry wiping and spraying.I was delighted to find that the Winbot-28 can clean not only outdoor windows; it also excels at cleaning bathroom mirrors, glass doors, and even large tiles without gaps. Its edge detection feature is very accurate, ensuring it navigates safely even on frameless surfaces without falling.The aesthetics of this product perfectly match my taste, and it even comes with a convenient black storage bag. If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be to avoid using it during nap time 🙂

It never fell off the window. It saved me from laboring over the large number of huge windows I have. It doesn’t get the corners well, I mean how could it? Definitely cheaper than professionals but obviously, not as good. I think it worked better than the stuff you attach to a hose but we have well water so that method leaves streaks and spots no matter what. Con is that if you have a lot of windows you need to just hunker down with something to keep you busy but allows for frequent interruptions to reattach the cleaner to the next window. Not a product flaw but a consideration if you are deciding between hiring professionals vs savings some money vs just cleaning them yourself.

Purchased this because I knew I could return it if it didn’t work. Surprise, surprise it works great and I cleaned all my second story windows inside and out. I will admit I babysat it because I was scared it might fall, but it never did. My only problem is trying to work the remote for changing angle. Gave up and just let the machine do a total second pass over the windows. I am happy and my neighbors are really happy that I finally cleaned my windows. I made sure no one was around when I cleaned my windows because I am not going to lend this to anyone.

Fun to watch, but super streaky
I loved this as far as the easy set up and it was a “wow” for our kids and friends to watch. Hit all of our high windows. However, the end result was super streaky. Most windows ended up looking worse than they started. Lots of promise, but doesn’t deliver. I would pass on this.
