Comes with rope and foam ball handles…
I use this inside, so I appreciate the foam ball handles… But they are also annoying. I haven’t gotten the hang of them yet so they hit me sometimes BUT it’s the only way I would be able to jump rope in my house, so it’s worth it to be able to switch up my exercise.

SO disappointing. Loud and the put it together yourself pieces are too tight and a pain in the neck
Nice idea.. but it no..First, if you put the weight inside of the handle, it rattles around because the fit is too roomy.Second, you have to string it yourself. Which would be fine, but the little two hole piece that you have to figure out how to install and hold the ropes in place is TOO tight of a fit. After trying to pull one rope through the hole for 5 minutes, and not being able to pull it through even with the good grip I had, I gave up. Because you would have to do this 4 times just to use the rope with EITHER the long rope or the swinging balls. Then, you would have to struggle to undo that in order to connect the other choice, when you want the other choice.I gave up. I dont want a jump rope that has poor instructions and pieces and parts that are not at all user friendly.
