The wheel broke and no way to fix it. I feel there should be a way to take the wheels off if there is a chance they will brake. Since we can’t remove the broken wheel it needs to be thrown away.

Great size laundry hamper
This laundry hamper is perfect for my family dirty clothes. Each one will get their own hamper bag to put their dirty laundry. I love it! It really big and fits a lot of clothes. I also like that its fit perfectly in my laundry room so no more scavenger hunt looking for dirty clothes on laundry days. Its made of metal frame and has wheels for easy moving. It comes with 5 bins and each one is labeled differently. I will turn them around and label them with each of our name so we know which one is ours and the one labeled as towels will stay the same some can put towels in it. I love that 2 of the bins have pockets. We use those to place missing socks in case we find their missing pair. One thing I will say that I didn’t like is that even though it its easy to assemble, it did take long. Each piece is inside a plastic bag labeled with numbers. Do not take all the pieces out at once because then your gonna take longer looking for parts when your assembling it. Other than that its perfect for our needs.

Great addition to laundry room.
I like my laundry sorter racks and this one is a step above the usual set. It has 5 labeled bags and two bags have outside pockets. It does take up a large area so read measurements and make sure it will fit the space you have cleared. There were pros and cons to this item is the reason for 4 stars.Assembly look a full hour. The parts arrive loose in box in plastic bags with numbers on them. This is not an item you want to open and dump. If the single poles are not in their respective bag it will be a challenge. The instructions/parts count is very clear so it could be figured out but why risk it. No marks on actual pieces so if a piece needs to be identified will require measuring (they are that similar). I suggest taking each part out, separating by numbers and only take out of package one at a time when being assembled. Pay attention to the pieces with holes. It makes a difference and another reason one part at a time assembly, following instructions is a good idea.If you are clumsy, butterfingered or movement challenged, at this point I would suggest finding a friend to help you. Can be assembled alone but the size makes it an item that can become unwieldy.An example of an instruction: Connect “6” and “7” to “5”, then insert “8” to “6” and “7”. So much easier if everything is separated in the marked packs. illustrations definitely helped and were clearly drawn.I assumed the bags and holders would be sturdier than the usual 2 or 3 bagger but they aren’t. The bottom is not braced but there are 3 rods on the bottom which would help with any weight. Bags are labeled for laundry types which can be a benefit. With two bags definitely designed to go on the outside, hang those first.I counted all the pieces, separated them out but when I got to the bottom rods I ended up being short two I needed. I had the marked bags but the wrong rods had been packaged. I would feel better with 3 rods on the bottom but I will have to use two.Casters are included and they are the heaviest most durable part of the item. My casters were 1) very easy to attach or 2) they weren’t and required more effort. It might have been the size of the hole drilled but I did eventually get all of them on. It was about equal LOE between the 4.It definitely like the item and will use it. I don’t need another one simply because of size.Any issues during assembly were more frustrating than problematic.I am bummed I am missing pieces so I am absent a bottom supporting pole. This makes the bottom of the bag unbraced an issue for me. All the sorters with two supporting rods always sag. Three supporting rods address this issue but alas…not for me.My advice: Know the size of your area. Invite a friend over to help and then get a drink after. Carefully open and remove from box, sorting while you do this. Keep parts separated in the marked packs. Counting parts did not help me. I had enough of each part…just not the right part in the bag. Maybe quality control on the manufacture size could be bumped up a bit.

Great Capacity & Easy To Move
This 5 section laundry sorter cart is an excellent laundry organizer. It came with all the parts, well packaged in a box. It comes with a easy-to-understand instructions manual. The assembly was moderately complex, it takes around 30 mins to assemble.The assembled cart is very sturdy and it doesn’t wobble or doesn’t feel weak. The size of each compartment is roomy enough to hold the laundry of an entire family. The bags are easy to remove if you wish to just carry the bags around. The laundry organizer works well as expected and I like that it is very easy to move around because of the wheels. Yes, I like this product and would recommend it.

Short answer…. TRASH.. I’m baffled that the reviews are as good as they are. Did anyone actually use this thing? 5 bags of laundry not over flowing or packed in. Just full. This thing now has downward bow in the center. Also the caster wheels were so cheaply designed they have now collapsed and no longer operate as intended.
