It works well and it’s super cute!
While I’m not convinced that this is something everyone needs, I’ve found it to be a great item and worth the money. I’m one of those people who freeze in the winter, and I always dread touching my skin with anything cold. That goes double for delicate skin! When I saw this ChoserStar Wipe Warmer, I had to give it a try.My first thought upon opening the box was that this thing is larger than I expected. There is plenty of room in the wipe compartment for a jumbo-size pack of wipes, and the heating element has no problem keeping them warm. There are two heating elements and you have the option of using the top or the bottom or both. I’ve found that using the bottom element keeps the wipes warm enough for me. While there is a cutout on top so you can just pull out the wipes, I’ve been using the wipes with a plastic top which keeps the wipes wet (which is the point of wipes). Doing it this way adds a step because I have to open the top every time I use it, but I don’t mind since it keeps the wipes from getting dry. The bottom face mask drawer holds my largest masks and leaves room to spare. Believe me, a warm face mask after a facial feels amazing.The heater comes with a small instruction booklet, but it’s very intuitive to use. There are four heat settings on each element, and they can be set separately. There’s a spring that keeps the wipes lifted and easy to reach. And of course, there’s the cute cat face that makes this irresistible to all cat people. I do wish that it had a timer, and the cord is pretty short, but overall this works well. I like it and I must admit that I’m impressed and charmed by this item, and it will make using wipes and face masks in the winter much more pleasant.

Nice warmer, needs some planning and considerations
The box is nicely made, warms up gently and slowly with top/bottom 20W heating elements. The instructions suggest a 30 min pre-warming time prior to use. There are ONLY four heat settings, from 104-140 F, so the temp is not freely adjustable. Also included is an inner tray with two springs, which will push the wipes upwards when the box gets empty.One caveat, which is also mentioned in the instructions is the fact that one should remove the plastic lid (if existing) of the wipe box to ensure that its top contacts the top heating element. This causes the liquid slowly to evaporate and the instructions require the wipes to be used up within one week. We buy large boxes of wipes, and they last us longer than one week. That’s a big downer in our opinion, in particular if the baby is already a bit older and doesn’t ‘go’ that often anymore.We first thought that one can turn the heater on and off, but one will eventually forget…But we were fortunate to realize that one can warm things nicely with the bottom heating element being on permanently. The top cover turned out to be large enough to accommodate the plastic lid, so evaporation was much slower (but still faster than with unheated). We did not use the spring tray in this setup, and had to open the lid to be able to take wipes out of a more empty wipe box. All doable.But a slight warning: 104 F is nice for a young baby, and the wipes cool off quickly, so one has to work quickly. We usually remove a few wipes when the job is messy, since they are hard to remove from boxes that are nearly empty. A good idea is to take some out, place them between box and lid, then undress the baby, and finally go to work.They still are better than 70 F wipes. 140 F is more for older kids or grown-ups. Also, the evaporation becomes an issue since neither those lids on the boxes/bags, nor this heater are fully airtight.All in all, we like it, it is a bit expensive for what it is, and I cannot tell whether we might abandon it with time for the described practical implications and fast cooling of the wipes. It seems like a brilliant idea at first, but it probably will end up unused after a while in our household with a 1+ year old kiddo.

Cute wipe warmer, warms up well
This review is for the ChoserStar wipe warmer. This is a very cute wipe warmer that looks like a little white cat. I think it’s a cute option if you’re wanting to leave a wipe warmer on your countertop or diaper table; at least it looks cute while it’s out. It fit easily on my countertop without taking up too much space.It does heat up quickly and heat up well. There are different temperature settings and even the hottest one is not too hot, but you can certainly feel the warmth of the wipe when you remove it.I do like that you can put a face mask packet in the bottom drawer and heat it up that way! It did heat up the mask; however, by the time I took it out, removed it from the packet, and put it on my face, it wasn’t really hot any more. Since wipes and masks cool off quickly once you remove them, you need to work fast.I wouldn’t say this is a need, but it’s a nice thing to have if you want to add a little extra comfort and warmth to baby changing or face mask time. It’s intuitive and easy to use. It feels pretty durable and functions well as a warmer. I think this is a good value for the money if having warm wipes is a priority for you.
