The fact that I spend a lot of time at my home desk, where I have a tendency to slouch without even noticing it, was the origin of my first urge to give it a go. Over the course of time, that bad posture caused strain in the back as well as periodic neck pain. I believe that I instantly noticed a minor alteration in how my shoulders aligned when I initially placed this upper back brace on. This gave me a fresh awareness about the need for keeping a healthy posture. One of the things that startled me the most was how fast it became a regular part of my routine. Initially, I was concerned that it could have a bulky or restrictive feel, but the material is pliable and allows air to circulate freely. The fact that it was clinging to my shoulders became almost unnoticeable after I had worn it for many days in a row. In point of fact, it often fulfilled the function of a polite reminder whenever I found myself slouching over my keyboard. I have tried a couple different posture correctors that I’ve purchased through Amazon and never really liked any of them. I can already tell this one is going to be great. It’s padded. It’s comfortable and the fact that it has adjustable straps so that I can adjust it to how tight I need it is going to help me a lot. Can’t beat the price for this quality!!

It does offer nice upper back support. But it rubs on my under arms. I can only wear it for short amounts of time. I’m afraid of getting pressure sores where it rubs
