Uncomfortable
I was hopeful this would help. My physical therapists recommended it try one after o severely dislocated my shoulder and shattered my upper arm. Unfortunately, it rubbed my under arm and was very uncomfortable. I returned. Refund was very easy.

Got this yesterday afternoon. I have a lower back spine fracture that has wrecked my posture. Only wore it for a few hours and — wow—-it really helped! I could feel my posture getting better even after I took it off. Looking forward to wearing it today and improving each day.

Vey uncomfortable and scratchy. Feels like im wearing a 2nd bra. I also didn’t find it to help with my posture at all.

Didn’t like it. Wasn’t what I expected. Not enough adjustability in the straps to hold your shoulders back. Not very comfortable. You need to go up a size when ordering a posture correction strap.

Paid full price for a used product apparently. Came in smelling like biofreeze, put it on anyways and my back started burning from the biofreeze that someone used on it before they returned it. Do not buy.
