Please charge the keyboard and mouse for two hours using the cable provided before use to ensure product performance.
The keyboard and mouse can both be connected to your tablet for use via Bluetooth pairing.
How to solve the problem that keyboard and mouse cannot connect to Bluetooth or keyboard input is delayed?
When the keyboard and mouse are low on power, the connection signal will become weak and cannot connect.
Please charge the keyboard and mouse for more than 2 hours using the Type-C power cable included with the product.
My keyboard won’t charge, what should I do?
The charging power of the keyboard is 5V 2A.
Please use the Type-C power cable and charging head provided by us to charge the keyboard.
Note: Don’t use a high power charging head as it may damage the keyboard’s battery and prevent charging.

Good low cost option and functionality (plus cute)
This case and keyboard have been amazing for doing art and writing. The keys are satisfying and I like that you can change the light colors. The purple is definitely more blue but still cute. The keyboard magnetizes to the case but it’s weak so the keyboard falls. I don’t use the mouth hardly but it works fine and is nice to have. I was surprised to find one this inexpensive too. Would but again if I needed.

Omg!! I cannot believe I’ve had my iPad for years and i just barely bought a keyboard and mouse for it. It literally turns it into a laptop ! It comes with the whole package, a case, a keyboard and a mouse. All of it is amazing quality. I looooove that i can change the keyboard colors, that makes it so fun! The color pink is beautiful. Keyboard size is perfect, typing is super easy! Very easy to use from the very beginning you just have to connect it via Bluetooth. It’s very lightweight you will be able to take it with you wherever you want. The value definitely exceeds the price. I am just so sad i didn’t get this sooner. Functional and Stylish, But Could Be More Durable
I purchased the TUNKARMOR Case for iPad A16 (10th/11th Gen) with the backlit keyboard, and overall it’s a good product with some nice features. The keyboard has 7 color-changing backlight options, which makes it fun and easy to use in low-light settings. It’s rechargeable, which is convenient and saves on batteries.One thing to note: the mouse is linked to the keyboard, so you have to keep the keyboard connected for the mouse to work. This isn’t a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you plan to use the mouse independently.The case looks sleek and fits the iPad well, but it feels a little more fragile than I’d like. It’s fine for everyday use, but I’d be cautious about drops or rough handling.

I’ve purchased two of these combo kbd/mouse, iPad cases. The design of the case is great, and adjustability is nice as well. Magnetic latch of the case flap is adequate and the case itself will definitely protect from a drop. Having said this, syncing/mating the bluetooth mouse and keyboard to the iPad is a pain in the touche.I’m a systems engineer 30+ years, and it took on average about 5 attempts including resetting the keyboard, iPad, and mouse multiple times, in order to finally get the peripherals to sync up to the pad. There is no exact method and the “instructions” are laughable. Mostly in Chinese and bad English grammar, very small print, and as a bonus, really BAD pictures!!!! Once the devices sync up, they stay synced for the most part. Better than paying up to 5 times as much for the same thing as long as you’re willing, patient, and persistent.

Good, But Beware of Sticky Keys
The keyboard arrived very well packed. The case, mouse, and keyboard seem well made. Connecting it to my iPad was simple and it maintains connectivity between uses. I like how you can change the color of the backlight on the keyboard. The size of the keyboard is comfortable and the battery life of the keyboard seems great so far. The only thing I do not like is that the left shift key sticks. No matter how softly I press it, most times it will stick. It’s not something I would expect from a new product. It still works, when it sticks, but it makes me weary of if other keys will eventually stick too. I may end up returning it to see if I just got a bad batch of the product. The price is cheaper than most similar products, but I still expect full function.

Me gusta aunque es un poco pesado, se desprende muy fácil el teclado y en parte es bueno pero puede caerse y dañarse con facilidad, el teclado y el mouse prácticamente no pesan nada son muy ligeros, fácilmente se vinculan a la tableta y viene un compartimento para colocar la spen, aunque hay que acomodarla correctamente ya que la mía se me salió y no me di cuenta. Pero en general viene muy bien la pedí para mi Galaxy S10.
