Should have bought one sooner
This vacuum/mop robot saves me so much time and my floors are always clean. I never knew how much I needed one of these until I got one. I had a Roborock until the base failed in less than a week. I returned it and decided to get this model instead. I think the Roborock app is easier to use, but this unit is more reliable and does a better job.I had house cleaners for years and spent thousands on annual cleaning. Now, I can save that money because half of the work is done for me.The battery life is OK and at the higher suction modes, it lasts a shorter period of time. Overall, it is a good value and I am glad I made this purchase. Now, if they only made bots to clean counters, toilets and dust.

This is my first robotic vacuum and I’m blown away. Dreame app is easy to setup and use. It mapped my house within thirty minutes. Very quiet and quality is definitely on point. The only thing that bummed me out is the mopping solution slot and the solution itself missing in the box.

Nunca había usado un robot y este es la maravilla del mundo más que tengo 5 perros Y 4 son golden retrievers y ya saben el pelo que botan a diario pero solo basta con prender a robotina como le puso mi esposo y cuando nos levantamos está limpia la casa, la he usado varias veces y ni he tenido que sacarle el pelo enredado porque su cepillo tricut lo hace solo, de verdad que no le puedo colocar más estrellas porque no puedo pero es lo mejor. Lo único que no me gustó mucho pero no le resta valor es que no trae el dispensador para colocarle el limpiador líquido. Por eso no fue problema para mí.

Auto-add detergent compartment is missing
The base station has the capability to auto add detergent to your robot for floor washing. However, it does not include the auto detergent compartment. According to the manufacturer, they do not supply it but if you want the compartment, you must purchase that separately.If you would like to use detergent to wash your floors, do not purchase this vacuum.

Very happy. The setup was easy and it does a great job. The app could be a little more user friendly but it’s easy enough to figure out and allows a lot of options on how and what rooms to clean.
