I’m extremely impressed with the COMFIER Vibration Back Massaging Cushion with Heat. The vibration massage is soothing, and the heat function adds an extra level of relaxation that feels amazing after a long day. Ok, so here’s the story. I purchased this product a few months ago to replace a back massager from another company that failed. This unit works great. I especially love that it’s portable because cords always get tangled around the chair I use. My issue is a lower left back cramp and tightness. This unit is easily moved to focus the rollers on just the right spot. I noticed, right from the start, the on/off button was sticky and didn’t work as it should. But, I was able to turn it on and get my relief. However, after a few months, this unit failed and would not turn on. In frustration, I just set it aside and let time go by. Lately, I thought I should return it. After all, the unit wasn’t cheap. So, I checked my order on Amazon and the return window was closed. I emailed the company and asked if they would replace it directly. They emailed back and said OK, but, they wanted me to return the unit, at my cost. I thought OK and prepared the unit to ship it back. Then, I checked on the cost of shipping for the return and that cost was around $60. That was the cheapest shipping I could find. So, I emailed back to Comfier and asked if they could just ship me a new one without returning the broken one. To my surprise and delight, they said the would, but they wanted me to write a review and upload a video. So, here’s my 1st video review. Some comments on the unit itself: 1) The on/off buttons and others need to be more tactile. A click or sound would me nice. 2) The unit doesn’t get as hot as I’d like, but, it’s adequate. 3) It turns off after 15 minutes and you aren’t allowed to start it again until somewhere around 15 minutes goes by. I’d like to have it hotter and also I’d like to be able to start it again right away. These issues are not a deal killer but the product would serve us better if Comfier would make these improvements. That’s it. I hope the video looks and sounds good.

Excellent massager, heats up FAST!
I bought this for my mom who recently started getting intense back pain that affected her ability to walk and she’s super happy with this item. Setup is pretty straightforward and easy. Just plug and chug. If putting in chair, you can strap it around the back of your chair to secure it.Apparently my mom uses it for laying down as well, not just in her chair and it’s made a big difference. She really likes the heating and vibration settings and how it’s easily adjustable. It lets her focus on areas that she needs the most relief. Now she’s using it daily combined with PT and I’m hopeful she’ll be able to walk more often like she used to.I use it too when I visit my mom and want a quick massage and it’s pretty awesome. It heats up fast and it’s a lot stronger than it looks! I fall asleep using it because I’m that relaxed lol.

Do not recommend
At first, this back massager was reliable and I was alright with it. Then it started not lasting as long, and there were troubles with the power of the massager. The material is also not very well, and not comfortable on my skin. I do not recommend.

Not cordless
I normally dont write reviews but I feel it I have to in this case. The product itself is exactly what I was looking for. Its vibrating massagers are kinda loud but still works for what I bought it for. My issue is the reviews that claim it’s portable and has a rechargeable battery which is NOT true. I needed a cordless massager for work since I can’t plug it in any outlet due to a high possibility of shorting something out, since it happened before with a very small space heater and type of work that I do requires me to be at my desk 12-16hrs a day. Unfortunately I will be returning this not because it doesn’t work because it does but only because its not cordless.

Nice and relaxing
I ordered this for myself. I use it every day, its exactly what i needed. This vibrating cushion is a great value for me in bed or chair and also can choose which strength of massing I want. Heat works well also. Very nice and relaxing. So far I’m happy with this product.
