Problem solved
Some larger windows are sometimes very hard to reach for cleaning. This little robot offers a real solution to this problem. So far I’m very satisfied with the result. It moves by sequentially applying suction to one of two rotating cleaning pads while spraying a bit of liquid (I’ve been using Windex but it can be just water as well) as it goes. It has an internal battery but that is for backup ( so that it won’t fell down if you accidentally unplug it) but it really needs to be plugged in while cleaning. The second cable is a safety rope. The program is quite basic, I saw it missing some areas on a large window but there’s also a remote control with which you can “manually” operate the robot and apply more effort at some spots. It is not hard to assemble and use, and the package includes several extra pad covers. For a larger window, I use two or three pairs of pad covers and then just put them into a washing machine. Overall, I find it very useful and fun to use, even our cats were entertained (video). I recommend this model.

It works well
Great little work saver, sticks to the window and cleans better than expected. Just prep the window by wiping with a swifter then if you have any sticky spots you may have to scrape those off. This is best for daily cleaning of fingerprints and water spots. I have used it on windows, mirrors, shower doors and patio doors

Good purchase, glad I bought it!
Bought this because I have never cleaned my inside windows in my 4 bedroom house. Very impressed with the results, and now I don’t mind doing the windows. It’s easy to use and had no issue holding to the windows. The pads are circular, so be aware that circles can’t reach inner corners, so there is a little follow up after cleaning, but no complaints from me.

Really neat little robot!
This thing is so cool! It was a little difficult to figure out how to use because the instructions are very simplified, but once you dig into it, it is self explanatory. This is a very useful product for those of us with bad backs and shoulders with large windows. I’m so excited to have this to clean my many large windows!

It works! BUT……
It does clean the smudges my dog makes on the glass when she jumps. It also keeps her away. Which is a plus! No more jumping on the glass when these are on! However, they do leave their own smudges behind on the glass. and they are quite loud. But no louder than a standard push vacuum would be I suppose. So really, the sound doesn’t really bother me, unless I was trying to sleep. But they do have great suction and they do get the entire glass, it’s just annoying that they leave their own smudge marks behind, which kind of defeats the purpose of not having to clean your windows yourself. Since you’d have to go back and clean off their smudges. The chords are very long, so they can reach far distances.

Used dirty product selling as new!!! Ewww!
I ordered new product. I received a USED product that was placed into a sealed plastic bag.Before I opened a bag I notice that spray bottle had drops inside. When I opened the bag, it was clear that it was used: warned out pads, cord was just wrapped around the product like a person would it and worst of all—It had leftover hair!!! Ewwww!!!

Fun but not fully reliable
This robotic window cleaner is really fun to watch, but it only does an adequate job of cleaning my windows. I used a simple mix of water and dish soap, and while it handled most of the surface fine, it couldn’t get into the corners at all. I was hoping it would be a true set-and-forget tool, but it did fall off one of my windows, though thankfully it didn’t break even after hitting concrete. Depending on how dirty your windows are, you may need to change the pads once per window, which gets frustrating pretty quickly. You could definitely do a faster and more thorough job with a squeegee and microfiber cloth, but I’ll admit it’s still entertaining to watch it work. When it comes to the price, I would say it’s a bit pricey for the results.**Pros:*** Fun to watch* Can handle general surface cleaning* Survived a fall without breaking**Cons:*** Only an adequate clean, misses corners* Pads may require frequent changing* Not fully reliable since it can fall* More expensive than the performance justifies
