I love love looooove this shelf. It fits so perfectly in my little hallway. Holds my books well and I got the nice baskets to match. Well worth the money. Can hold so many things, has been super sturdy!Was simple to put together.

Good Customer Service- solved issue
I am writing this review because I was very pleased with the customer service team at BCP, despite my issue with this 9 cube storage shelf.My first impression was that the shelf was very sturdy, well made, and much larger than I anticipated! I also loved the purple color I bought. I did notice some scratches on a few shelves, but figured I could just install them upside-down and not worry much about them. The installation was pretty quick and easy, so I was very excited.My main problem is that during assembly, I started noticing a very strong smell from the product. I don’t know what the smell was, but my nose was VERY agitated by it. I brushed that off and continued assembling, thinking maybe it was a fluke. However, by the time I was done assembling it, I went to blow my nose to try and rid myself it the agitation, and I discovered it was all blood coming out. (Very rare, I never get nose bleeds). I washed the entire shelf with a soapy rag, but the nose irritation persisted even after that.Thus, we promptly moved the shelf out to the garage to “air out” for a bit, hoping to still be able to bring it back inside to use later on. As soon as we got the shelf out, my nose stopped bothering me and all was well. So, after 2-3 days, I went back into the garage to wipe it down again and see if the odor was still there (my husband had noticed it, too) but it seemed to be less strong at that point. However, I started to notice my nose getting that same irritated feeling again, so I immediately left the shelf, and after going back inside (away from the shelf) the irritation subsided again.I was super bummed bc I didn’t think after applying all the purple stickers over the screws that I’d be able to disassemble it easily (also did not want to be exposed to the odor/nose irritation again) and also knew I would not be able to haul the heavy package anywhere for a return.I explained all of this (in less detail) to customer service and they are providing me with a full refund of product without having to return the original shelf.I am very relieved to have this solution since it was not a cheap shelf. Also pleased with how quickly they had responded to my messages! Thank you BCP customer service!

Keeps me Organized
This was fairly easy to build. The alignment for the back cover was just a little off, but overall a great product. The baskets are great! They are deep and the perfect size for my stuff. The shelf is also very study and it helps me to keep my bathroom organized.

The color is beautiful. It’s durable, sturdy and pretty easy to put together. My daughter is using it as her clothing storage instead of a dresser. It’s great because she can visually see what she has but keep things organized.

Perfect storage option!
This was the perfect addition to our nursery. I love how it is small yet provides a bunch of storage for many items. You can buy the standard square boxes to go in the shelves which allows you to get different colors and patterns and the color matched our nursery perfectly. It was very simple to put together as I did it by myself at 32 weeks pregnant no problem.
