Works amazing , I broke our old one , fell from the cupboard. So I ordered this one immediately after. A little slower to heat up than my old one, but way more efficient as far as quality. Would highly recommend if your looking for one especially for the price.

Amazing Product!
I purchased this product to get the wrinkles out of my new couch. This is an amazing product! It’s pretty small but that makes it easy to use. All the wrinkles were out after two passes with the product. The product warms up quickly so it’s practically ready-to-use. The item came as pictured and arrived the day after I ordered it. This product is simple and easy to use. My only issues is there is one tool for the product that was damaged after using it once, I cannot return it back to its original state. I also did not like the delivery method, the product was delivered by Amazon and said to be left at my front door. I had to go in a manhunt between my two offices for my apartment to find it.

Broken After <5 Uses
I ordered this steamer in July 2025 and have used it very sparingly (<5 times for 2-4 garments each time).Out of the blue, it no longer works. When I fill the tank with water, turn on the steamer, and press the steam release button, the device powers off by itself within 5 seconds. This has now happened 8 times consecutively even after changing the tank and letting the device sit for a few hours.Very disappointed with this product. Having spent $25, I should’ve ordered from Costco or spent a little more to order from a reliable brand/seller instead of this junk. Lesson learned.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS/COMMENTS:This portable handheld steamer is a game-changer, especially when comparing it to large, professional models like the Jiffy J-4000i that I own.This steamer bears the ETL mark. I confirmed with the ETL database that this Beautural garment steamer (model number 722NA-0019) is registered in the directory. This means it has been certified to electrical safety standards in Canada (CSA C22.2 No. 64) and U.S. (UL-141). This is very important considering this handheld device needs to be plugged into a 120V outlet to operate and gets very hot when it generates steam. It also has a thermal safety fuse to protect against overheating.With 1,200W of power, the Beautural steamer heats up in about 35 seconds, making quick steaming possible. The 8 ft (2.4m) power cord allows good freedom of movement. Its lightweight, compact design make it easy to hold and maneuver with one hand, and the folding head adds a thoughtful touch for storage. In contrast, my Jiffy J-4000i commercial steamer is much bigger and more cumbersome – it takes 15 minutes to reach standby temperature before it’s ready for use.The removable 260ml (8.8oz) tank is easy to refill without waiting for the unit to cool down, which is a huge plus. Just be aware that as the tank runs low, you’ll need to hold the steamer horizontally so the electronic pump can continue drawing water from the tank.For testing, I used one of my daughter’s cotton shirts that she would normally iron to remove wrinkles. It took about seven minutes to smooth the front and back enough to wear to school, with another five minutes for the sleeves and bottom edges of the shirt. After a quick run through the instructions,I was on my way. So easy to use. I intended to steam one item, just to see its performance.Before you knew it, I steamed a bunch. The picture is a linen hand embroidered napkin from Italy. It steamed out perfectly not distorting the delicate fabric,. Has great heat ouput so it works well for the obvious… shirts.. etc but really nice to have for tablecloths, napkins for those special occasions. Works horizontally, so you can get your pillow shams and bed comforters wrinkle free. Handy continuous and non continuous option. Quick deliver Packaged well, all components included as mentioned. Does spew a bit but i’ve been using it for over a year and it’s working fine for me. Easy and quick to steam your clothes. Not easy to travel with due to its size but that’s pretty standard.
