Great massager with great customer services
This is a very effective chair massager with variable’s massage and heat features. The combination of the functions definitely helps to reduce and relieve muscle tension and fatigue. 5 massaging modes for different vibration types with 4 levels of vibration intensity. I much prefer the feature of massage regions setting on need, particularly for my hips pain issue. The massager has 3 timer settings with 30-, 60- and 90-minutes intervals for stable and consistency using. It has overheating protection safety design. There are adjustable straps for secure to any seat as my phots shows. The massager cover is soft plush polyester materials, which is very comfortable.Not mentioned very good customer services with timely responses!Now this becomes my daily use massager, particularly setting and working with a computer for long time.

Best Massager Ever!!!!
My husband and I were on a hunt to find a lower back massager with heat. We purchased 3 massagers on amazon (since we are prime members). And this in the one we are keeping. We were so impressive we bought on for his dad the next day!The reason why we liked it:1: it so flexible. Unlike the other chair like ones that are stiff. This one can be put anywhere. We placed it angled on the couch where my husband laid down.However, you could use this on a chair, a bed, a recliner a car (it comes with an adapter).2. The controller is amazing! I put it in a rolling massage. WOW! A great massage from head to thighs! Not even thinking about it. However there are many different speeds. I think this is important because everyone is different. Also, you can target different areas so set the controller just to that one spot.3. Great for your lower back. But a really great massage.4. The heat is just ok. 2 levels. Low and high. But he heat is throughout.

I got this in the mail today and am happy with the massager. The fabric is plush with a nice cushion underneath. It is long enough to cover your upper back to hips and thighs.The massager is definitely not like shiatsu deep type but instead vibrates at different intensities and patterns. For me it’s helpful for overall relaxation but not to massage out painful knots in my back. For that I prefer a shiatsu massager.There are two heat settings, low and high. The high setting isn’t hot but offers some warmth, with a blanket enough to warm up in the winter. Never gets too hot to be uncomfortable.There is an attached control to adjust the massage and heat settings. It’s easy to use and there is a convenient small fabric pocket on the massage pad for storage. I appreciate that there are three options for the timer to automatically turn off.Overall a good quality product. Recommend for those who like vibration massagers and don’t need a high heat setting for pain relief.

Good Vibes
After a stressful day its nice to sit down and let the vibrations of this massager help me to relax. The heating function works really good and gets nice and warm and the vibrations have a few levels of intensity and can get quite strong. Its got four different modes of massage they differ a little bit but dont seem really that different to me. Each mode has its own pattern of vibration and location where it concentrates but they’re all enjoyable. I like to put it on auto because it cycles through all the modes and makes it the most interesting. It is so relaxing I often start nodding off to sleep. The material is very soft and plush and it’s comfortable and seems like good quality. Overall Im very happy with the massager.

easy, customizable, quite reasonable!
I am creating an arsenal of heated massagers, and this one is a pretty good tradeoff between lightweight/affordable and functional. It was super easy to understand the various settings, and I’m pretty impressed by how customizable it is without getting confusing or overwhelming. The kneading setting was definitely my favorite!I was able to set it up on a dining room chair no problem, and the elastic of the straps makes it seem like it would fit a variety of seat/chair sizes and configurations. There isn’t a strap underneath, which might be nice, but could also annoy some people when it’s not in use, so I understand why it’s easier to just not have one.The material is super soft, I said “ooooooooh” out loud when I touched it. The massaging itself is pretty impressive for how thin the cushion is, and the high powered setting with all body kneading got me feeling pretty relaxed very quickly. If I had one slight critique, it’s that the cushion itself is on the more narrow side, so my partner who is rather broad-shouldered may have a bit more trouble getting full coverage across his upper and lower back. More for me though! I’m pretty excited to have this on hand in our house, for us or for guests. Especially since it’s so slim, I can just stick it under the coffee table and pull it out as a party trick. Booyah.

Product stopped working at 2 months 😪
Buy at your own risk. Hopefully, it will last longer than mine. I really wanted a replacement before I made any review but I was refused a replacement and granted a full refund of $43.19 to the incorrect payment method. The rep changed my refund amount to $34.55 when I asked to have my refund method changed. The product stopped working right at 2 months 2 days. It was a Christmas gift. No one needs a newly added restocking fee for a non working item just to correct my refund method. First they said the refund deficiency was from discounts. When I told them I didn’t have any discounts then they said coupons which I didn’t have either. Sounds like a possible theft 🤷🏾♀️ I don’t know. I’m disappointed because much of the time I get really good service from the many great Amazon workers and sellers. Thank you to those terrific people 👏🏾
