Singlehandedly Saving Me From My Winter Yeti Era 🪒
This little 2-in-1 shaver is practically a rescue tool. It’s an IPX7-rated electric trimmer with two heads: a flat side for body hair and a round detail head that’s great for peach fuzz.🚿 Waterproof-ness: IPX7 means it’s tested to handle being dunked in up to 1 meter of still water for 30 minutes. It does not officially cover shower spray, hot water, soaps, or shaving creams. Surfactants in products can help water sneak into tiny gaps more easily, and strong water jets put extra pressure on seals.In real life: I’ve used this in the shower and rinsed it under the stream with no problems, but for long-term survival, I’d avoid blasting it directly with hot, high pressure spray at the seams. Given the budget-friendly price, it’s not a huge gamble, but I’d still rather treat it kindly.That said, I personally much prefer it for dry use. I’m chronically rushed and scatterbrained at best, so I love being able to grab this and fix “forgot to shave my left knee” or even, “impulsively decided to wear a skirt, after spending a month in Feral Winter Hibernation” 🫣.The round detail head works really great for my facial fuzz. It makes my makeup go on smoother and more evenly, and I prefer it to those straight dermaplaning-style face razors. As far as those thicker, rogue eyebrow hairs that decided to relocate to my chin 🧭… well it’s not as good as tweezers, but it works in a pinch.Build-wise, it’s… fine. A lot of the internal and external parts are plastic, so I’m not expecting heirloom status here. It gets the job done and feels decent in the hand, but I’m not going to be bequeathing this to my family line. Exactly as expected. Shaves what needs shaving
This isn’t anything to write home about, but it works great. The battery life is decent for the size of this and how long someone would use it on average. It’s waterproof so cleaning it is very easy. The power of it is good and can handle any hair thrown at it so far. It’s comparable to other name brand devices, so I’d say it’s worth the value for the money. Overall it’s not a bad little shaver for it’s price and not being a name brand shaver.

Nice trimmer, keep the guards on
This trimmer comes in a small cardboard box wrapped in shrinkwrap. Inside of course is the trimmer itself. It looks very similar to the pictures.The trimmers kinda like double sided, there’s two trimmers on the top and bottom. If you remove the bottom guard, it shows that there’s also two types of trimmers; a normal one and a rotary one. Very cool.I’ll be honest I bought this and then was kinda scared to use it lmao but I managed to anyway and it wasn’t bad. I kept the guards on both as I was fearful of getting too close to the skin. It helped trim my hairs just fine. To turn on either side you have to move the switch up or down respectively. Also, I did not test this in the shower as I was kinda scared of electrocuting myself lmao but I can say at least I used it while my skin was dry and I survived!The only con really is that I don’t like the small bottle of oil it comes with since there’s no information on what it is made out of. Other than that, it’s a fine trimmer. It’s hard to talk about how it works in detail without talking about my own body so I will just say I did not knick myself when using it.Also, this is more of a nitpick, but I ordered purple because pink was out of stock at the time, so I’d like if pink was stocked all the time lol. I like purple though.

In theory it was great. I have another one just like this and I love it. This is cute and feels well in your hand and makes it easy to use. It has to seperapate functions with the trimmer and the head shaver part. The battery life is great, Ive had it for awhile and I still have not had to charge it. its easy to clean. the directions are easy. It shaves ok. BUT IT SNAGS HAIRS like no other. none of my previous one have ever done this. it hurts. maybe it works better for someone else but not me. so i wouldnt pay for this to be honest

The start of the trimmer is the $19.99 CAD price point at the time of this review. The trimmer is a lightweight unit with a decidedly plastic feel. However, this doesn’t detract from it trimming ability. As a lightweight trimmer, it will take multiple passes for unruly or very thick hair, but it is ideal for daily use. The small size is easy to hold at various angles, and the battery life is surprisingly long. As well, the unit is waterproof so it can be used in the shower or rinsed under the tap. I should mention there is also a battery life indicator with a digital display of the % battery life remaining. Very nice. Overall, for the price point and the features, this is a winner.
