A pricey novelty
Once you get this setup, it does pretty much what it says it does. You push a button, and a piece of what looks like heavy toilet paper comes out, either dry, or mostly moistened, depending on which button you push. Now, when it does shoot out that moistened wipe, there’s a strip that is still dry. If you crumple it and squish it a bit, the moisture will spread around, but don’t be too slow, or it will cool off, and then it’s just clammy!For what it’s worth, the wipes, dry or moist, seem reasonably durable. That said, they’re not what you think of when you think of a wipe, it’s quite small.The biggest issue is that the design really doesn’t match the functionality shown in the listing. There are images of it sitting on a desk, laying on different sides, and being perfectly usable. The truth is, though, that this is really designed to be hung on the wall, with the wipe dispensed like paper towels in a public restroom. Any other placement is just awkward and annoying to use.Overall, this is a big, bulky way to get warmish, mostly damp, small pieces of paper. Even worse, the roll of wipes appears to only be replaceable with ones purchased from their listings, there is no reasonably priced alternative available. It feels like a lot of expense for very limited functionality. I find it really hard to recommend this, unless you desperately want exactly this functionality.

Defective on arrival
Did not work when item arrived. Would not prime system to create moist wipes. Followed instructions and still did not work. Returned item due to defect and will not be purchasing another.

Forced to Use their Refills
This Wipes Dispenser can dispense both wet (warm and room temperature) and dry wipes, so it’s perfect to use anywhere that has a wall plug where you can provide power to the device. Unfortunately, it utilizes the round charge head, so it’s not quite as universal as a USB-C powered device can be, so don’t lose the power cable if you’re taking this out and about! Another unfortunate thing is that this device kind of requires you to use the rolls of towels/wipes that their company makes, which can be a bad thing if they decide to stop making them or if they decide to drastically increase the price, you don’t have much alternatives, except perhaps to cut out paper towels and wrap your own rolls. Functionally wise, this is an exceptional wipes dispenser, as it allows you to easily set the amount of moisture that you need on a dispensed wipe and also lets you decide if you need a warm wet wipe, a room temp wet wipe, or a dry wipe. Practicality wise, it forces you to only utilize their propriety accessories and wipe refills.

Works only with its own rolls – skip it
Unless I have gotten something really wrong here, I did not realize this works only with its own replacement rolls. These are like a toilet paper roll, but thicker. I have not found any generic replacements so you would have to order only those rolls to refill. They can be wet or dry (why you would want a warmed dry wipe, I do not know) but you can’t use normal packages of wipes. So I guess if you are into an unknown wipe material being used on your baby, which may or may not be soft or comfortable or even safe material, this is not for you. Honestly, it doesn’t really matter if it works or not (it does), because this is such a silly concept. No thank you.
